Thursday, January 13, 6:15 - 8:15pm - Introduction to Cycling Photography w/Cameron Sanders. A decade's worth of tips and tricks snapping photos from the saddle synthesized into one evening. Whether you're exclusively a cell phone photographer or looking to carry your fancy new mirrorless DSLR into the backcountry, this clinic has juicy tidbits for all experience levels of both cyclist and photographer. From gear, to composition, to camera settings, "what is .raw anyways?" and editing, we'll briefly hit on a number of topics to up your photo game. We may dive more deeply into certain topic areas depending on group interests and dynamics. Be sure to bring the camera you intend to use while cycling. We plan on getting hands-on. Learn more about Cameron here.

Thursday, January 20, 6:15 - 8:15pm - Healthy Trail Treats w/Winona Benson. Winona will be showing you how to create some healthy snacks for fueling up before a big ride, replenishing nutrients after a workout, and eating for continued energy and health. PLUS! There will be samples for tasting!

Winona is the owner and founder of Nourished Health Coaching Services. Learn more about Winona and Nourished here.

Thursday, January 27, 6:15 - 8:15pm - Finding Flow States w/Kellie Okonek. What if there was a way to improve your riding, have more fun, and consistently basque in a post-ride euphoria? Otherwise known as being “in the zone,” flow is when we feel our best and perform our best. Arguably, it’s the experience we’re after when we get on our bikes. And, we can use flow triggers to help be in flow each time we ride. What we learn on the bike translates super well to life, so we can do better and have more fun there too! Kellie is the founder of Iron Lady: Coaching & Adventures. Learn more about Kellie here.
